I would tell them that if you can get a discounted monthly rent amount it is worth it. However, when your lease is up the rent amount goes up.

It's located in a convenient location, the apartments are spacious, the outdoor pool is wonderful, any maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, the caretakers of my building 7845 do an excellent job, the office staff is friendly, and my rent only went up $10+(water & trash) since I moved in 5 and half years ago.
